Shadow Image cascade pairs

Hello,
I am working on a config where I need to create 2 SVol copies for the same PVol.
Lets name them as:
PVol
SVol_copy1
SVol_Copy2
SI between PVol and SVol_Copy1 has been going on for a year, now I need to create a new config for PVol and SVol_Copy2.
I created the horcm files but SI didnt work. From the SI Admin guide found out that I need to use MU number as 1. I have changed that.
Now my question is can I start the PVol to SVol_Copy2 initial sync(paircreate) and PVol to SVol_Copy1 resync at the same time? Would there be any issues if that is done since the PVol is the same?
Any insights to this would be helpful.
Thanks,
Yoko
