Communications between HGLM and HDLM

Hitachi Global Link Manager (HGLM) polls the configured HDLM hosts for configuration and status information. When these two components are in different VLANs divided by firewalls some port have to be opened in order to achieve this. Below is a table which ports have to be opened in order to achieve correct communication and status information.

The communication between a management client (webbrowser) and management server is done over one port. Dependent if you want to use SSL or not one of these ports have to be open to be able to connect to the HGLM server.
